Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carrier: Fairypop ships exclusively with Swiss Post.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times: Fairypop ships worldwide, with the exception of the United States (coming soon!).

  • 🇨🇭 Switzerland: 1–3 business days
  • 🇪🇺 European Union: 2–6 business days. Please note that delivery may take longer if your order is held at customs.
  • 🌍 Rest of the World: 4–18 business days, depending on the destination country.

Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in Fairypop's shipping rates. Fairypop has no control over customs processing times, which may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery windows.

Order Tracking: Tracking is only available if Tracked Shipping was selected at checkout. If you chose the Untracked Shipping option, no tracking number will be provided.

Lost Mail & Packages: Please be aware that lost mail or packages are entirely outside of Fairypop's control. Fairypop is unable to take responsibility or liability for parcels lost in transit – any claims regarding lost items must be directed to Swiss Post directly. Fairypop strongly recommends selecting tracked shipping if you want peace of mind for your order.
