Pre-ordering an item, means you are supporting the productions of a new design, you are amazing! Since producing things takes time, once pre-orders close, it can take up to 1.5 months for me to receive the final products. Once I receive them, I will start shipping immediately. Processing time:

Thank you so much for your order! Please allow 4–10 days for me to process your order and bring it to the post office, as I'm a one-person team balancing this with my full-time 9 to 5 job, sometimes life just gets in the way. Shipping times begin once your order is processed and sent out – you will receive an email. I always will try my best and your patience and support mean the world to me! ૮꒰ ˶• ༝ •˶꒱ა ♡

 

Domestic Shipping within Switzerland:

All packages are sent via Swiss Post. Shipping cost varies depending on size and weight of the package. 

• Delivery takes 2–3 business days. Does not include tracking.
• Added Tracking: The shipping fee will be a bit higher.

 

Shipping within Europe:

All packages are sent via Swiss Post. Shipping cost varies depending on size and weight of the package.

• Delivery takes 2-4 business days. Does not include ANY tracking.
• Good to know: Sometimes the customs office will keep packages for longer than necessary without giving any explanation. In most cases you will receive it once they are done processing.
• Added Tracking: The shipping fee will be a bit higher. Please note that only with tracking, you can find a parcel. 

 

Shipping outside of Europe:

All packages are sent via Swiss Post. Shipping cost varies depending on size and weight of the package. 

• Delivery takes 3-21 business days depending on where in the world you are.  Does not include tracking.
• Good to know: Sometimes the customs office will keep packages for longer than necessary without giving any explanation. In most cases you will receive it once they are done processing.
• Added Tracking: The shipping fee will be a bit higher. Please note that only with tracking, you can find a parcel. 

 

ᯓᡣ𐭩I am not responsible for any lost or damaged mail

 

Everything is shipped through Swiss Post and once your order has been marked as shipped, unfortunately, the package is out of my control. If you did not purchase tracked shipping, there is nothing I nor the post office can do for you. In this case it is best to wait and see if the package gets returned to me.

❀Do you ship to the US?❀

No, unfortunately the Swiss Post currently doesn't take any shipments to the USA and couriers from Switzerland (like DHL, FedEx, etc.) are SO EXPENSIVE. Please keep an eye out on Instagram for Group Orders. 

 

❀Do you accept Group Orders?❀

₊˚⊹♡ YES. Group orders for international customers are welcome! They can help you split shipping and custom fees. Feel free to host and tag me on Instagram!

 

❀Do you give out freebies?❀

I do! Every order comes with freebies. Sometimes you will get stickers, sometimes a print, sometimes photocards. Freebies are randomly chosen and made by me. ૮ • ﻌ - ა
